The Yucatan Peninsula lies next to the Mesoamerica Reef, the largest reef in the Western hemisphere and the second largest in the world after the Great Barrier Reef. Diving is as varied as it could be with reef diving, drift diving, caves, the famous Cenotes, wrecks and an abundance of marine life.

You can expect regular encounters with sharks (including whale sharks and bull sharks), rays, turtles, and dolphins. There are many divespots, for every experience level. Also, Yucatan offers another unique diving experience that can mostly be found here: the spectacular Cenotes. Whenever you dive in Yucatan, your trip is not complete without diving at least one of these unique sinkholes in the jungle.
