Galápagos is a remote and challenging destination. Especially from the northern islands (Darwin and Wolf) it can take up to 24 hours to get medical help if needed. The only Hyperbaric chamber is on Santa Cruz. When diving here, you’ll need to sign a waiver to acknowledge these risks.
There are daily flights from/to the two airports on the Galapagos: Baltra Island (linked to Santa Cruz Island) and San Cristóba Island.
